Meg Hopkins

(Co-Owner)

Meg comes to the studio with deep business and management experience. She has held many executive positions in the retail industry, most recently as the head of sales for Allen Edmonds.

She met Trey over ten years ago as a Pilates client.  As a runner with a strong Type A personality and the tight hip flexors that came along for the ride, Meg saw enormous physical transformation under Trey's guidance. The practice of the Classical Pilates Method has opened Meg's body and mind to movement and flexibility she did not think possible.

Meg is beyond thrilled to partner with Trey in co-owning Kinetic MKE and in sharing with others her discovery of power of the Pilates Method.

Meg also owns La Terre, inside the Mequon Public Market.

Joy Letourneau

(Certified Pilates Teacher)

Passionate and committed to helping her clients live better in their bodies, Joy leads dynamic group classes and teaches intuitive private lessons designed to align and balance the body. Always enamored with movement for both its physical and mental benefits, she sought out and practiced various mind/body modalities over the years, including yoga, and martial arts. Upon taking her first classical Pilates class, she immediately recognized its life-changing benefits, and knew that she had found a life-long endeavor. Embracing the discipline it demanded and its focus on full-body, functional movement, Joy pursued training for her Advanced Teaching Degree through The Pilates Center, one of the most rigorous and widely respected teacher training programs in the world, upon which she graduated in 2014. She continues to further her understanding of Pilates and body mechanics by studying and practicing extensively, attending workshops and exchanging knowledge with others.

She continues to further her own studies with the Franklin Method® and often incorporates this somatic method into her teaching. Joy strives to make every lesson both fun and challenging. She endeavors to tailor each session to the specific needs and abilities of her students with the goals of maximizing potential, improvement over time, and enjoyment of the great mind body benefits of movement.
