KineticMKE

Kinetic MKE is a premier Pilates studio in Milwaukee that offers personalized instruction in the Classical/Authentic Pilates Method through private training, semi-private training, virtual group classes, Peak Pilates® certification, and workshops in both Pilates and the Franklin Method®. We cater to various populations and create programs that prepare our clients for success. Whether coming to see us for body conditioning, toning/stretching, or relief from chronic pain & injury, you are in the most confident and skilled hands with our team of talented teachers.

Welcome to Kinetic MKE,  where we believe Pilates is for all bodies regardless of background, experience, shape/size & ability. One of the most important goals for us is to make practicing Classical Pilates accessible, inclusive & sustainable for people from all walks of life.

Because every body is unique & Classical/Authentic Pilates is not “one size fits all” approach, we onboard all new students with one of two different tracks:

Private Session Track:

An initial round of 5 Private Lessons will prepare you to join our Semi-Privates, or any of our other Small Group Training offerings. These are scheduled at your convenience, with a teacher who has similar availability.

Beginning Pilates Semi-Private Track:

A completion of four weeks in our Beginning Pilates Semi-Private will prepare you to enter our general Semi-Privates comfortably and successfully. It’s recommended to 2 sessions/week for a four week period, at whatever day/time that works for your schedule.

Please fill out the form below letting us know how we can best cater to your individual needs to begin practicing with us right away & we’ll reply promptly.
